MC|Groep

The MC|Groep is a health care provider and manager of health care institutions.

Aside from providing equity capital, the MC|Groep offers strategic and operational services to its portfolio of health care institutions and outside parties. These services include amongst others providing members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors and executing back office activities such as purchase, treasury, marketing and human resources for health care institutions.

The MC|Groep sees the need and opportunity at communal hospitals for private capital inflow and recognizes the enormous potential to develop these hospitals into more efficient and distinctive organizations providing even better health care services to regional communities across the Netherlands.

In all its activities and investments the MC|Groep wants to offer incentives for quality, entrepreneurship, innovation, management efficiency and rational decision-making, while maintaining even and open access to top level health care services for all communities concerned.
These factors believed to be underdeveloped at many health care institutions of today.
